Called on Sunday to set up an emergency appointment at my business today. They scheduled the arrival time between 8-11 am since my business opens at 1:30pm. At 8am they called to alert me that the plumber would be here at 9. At 10am I call to ask what's going on, they alert me that they can't reach the plumber and would get back to me. At 10:45 I call back and he apparently had a flat tire. Okay why did I have to call to get that information though? It's now 11:30 my business will open in 2 hours and I can't open with my plumbing in it's current state. I highly doubt they're going to arrive and get this fixed in two hours but if they do I'll update my rating. As it stands, this is unacceptable..
