Eli was very informative and provided the support necessary to complete the job. He has returned twice to check things. Last visit was my fault, he remained pleasant. I was not happy about the inconvenience the nature of the visit, but he was always pleasant. I do believe that the company is fairly pricy for the services provided. I do not think this has anything to do wit the technicians. The own must look into those highly inflated prices..

Our experience with Matthew was excellent. We had a small electrical fire on Saturday. He came right away and inspected the damage. He had to go to Home Depot and get a part. He came back and fixed everything until our stove was back operational. We couldn’t believe it was all taken care of on the same day! He was nice and professional. We highly recommend him..

The technician John C. came out to check out my GFI that was tripped. He inspected the indicators around the house and educated me on they worked. He took his time to make sure that I fully understood and gave me a peace of mind before the holidays. I would highly recommend John for anyone that needs an electrician and would use him again. EXCELLENT!.
