Joshua was phenomenal in recognizing my issues - of which there were plenty - and quickly and professionally fixing them. I was experiencing plumbing issues and was unsure of where to start or who to call. Brand new home of three(3) years and was now experiencing what appeared to be a bursted pipe/leak. I googled and came across Mr Rooter, amongst other listings, but only felt comfortable contacting this company. Thank God I did. I pray about everything!! I said, "God, let them send me the right person, for me, for our home. Let me explain that the representative, Joshua Vlahos, that they sent me was the epitome of great customer service!! He was courteous, great manners and informative on everything he was doing. I can't rave enough about this young man. He eased my fears and offered alternative solutions. He was effective and efficient. Mr Rooter should definitely, be appreciative of reps like Joshua. Jason and Josh did an excellent job fixing our blocked pipes. They were so quick, kind, and efficient. They did amazing, quality work and they were so nice and professional. It was quite a big project, and They took the time to explain what they would be doing every step of the way We are so happy to have working plumbing in our home again and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Rooter was the only company which is true 24/7 services. Other vendors in Atlanta did not even bother returning my call on weekend. Hot water is a necessity and not a luxury and only Mr. Rooter Plumbing understands that. Their Customer Service is very responsive and kept me updated posted on schedules through emails, text messages. Greatly satisfied! Punctuality was a little issue but I was ok to adjust couple of hours to make sure I get HOT water the earliest. Highly recommended.
Scheduled an appointment online the day before, they came on time and started the work. I appreciated the fact that he layed plastic tarp around the area. He explained the process along the way. Additional work was needed. My pipes are 50+ years old and completely blocked. I authorized the extra work and he knocked it out right away. Everything looks great. Ken was professional and I would call for him again.
Mr. Rooter went above and beyond my expectations. They replaced a section of main sewer line that had tree root intrusion due to a faulty installation job done by the builder of the house. They also found "get this" a mini sledge hammer that was in the county owned section of the drain pipe. Lee was able to remove the hammer without having to wait for the county sewer dept.. to show up. They did a great job from start to finish and were even respectful of my newly sodded lawn. This company definitely puts the customer first.
I will not hesitate to call them for my future plumbing needs.

Plumbers got the job done. While I thought the price was high, I was at their mercy. No complaints about the crew other than some mud on the carpet. However, the office is another story. They will tell you the crew is on the way and two hours later, still waiting. On Day 3 of the project, we were told twice by the office "the crew will be there today." Waited all day. Finally, at 5PM, we called the office to learn "they are not coming because of the weather." We have been promised a call back by a manager on two occasions. Still waiting.
We had a sewer ejector pump fail in our basement and they were able to send someone out the same day to take a look (Sunday). Jason gave us all the options and was very helpful. We also ended up doing our water heater with them as we were about to pull the trigger with another group prior to this incident. Financing complete that evening and the work was started. Sewer Ejector pumped was replaced that evening and water heater the next morning. Very happy with our experience with this group.

Ken is a very experienced technician. He found and fixed a very challenging leak for us in less than two hours. He knews what tools to use and able to get the job done in a very tight space. Scheduling system is very efficient too. They were able to schedule us in for the same day service before the holiday. Price is reasonable too. Would definitely use Mr. Rooters again.

Jim Mahoney came out and fixed my leaky toilet quickly and professionally. He answered every question I had and was super polite and informative. It was 9 o'clock at night (he had been at a big job prior job all day) and Jim was great. He helped me look for my main water cutoff, checked my other toilets, and gave me some great general information. I would highly recommend him to anyone with plumbing needs. He really gives you a 5 star treatment.
At first the online scheduler didn't work, but it was very easy to call and set up an appointment. I liked receiving a text with the plumber's photo saying he was on his way. Jason arrived as scheduled. He provided all estimates in writing up front and was very courteous and professional as he explained the plumbing problems he found. I decided to replace my aging water heater, and he returned with my new water heater and finished installing it that afternoon, even when I needed to be away for a few hours. The hot water temperature is now perfect, not too hot when I turn on the hot water tap. Overall a great experience. This is my third home in two states I have trusted Mr. Rooter with my plumbing needs, and I will definitely call you guys again next time!

Exceptional service. I wouldn’t use any other plumbing company. Steve G was incredibly professional, thorough, and diligent. Overall, they all work hard to truly solve the problem and not just try and get in and out! I have never experienced such great and hard working service time and time again- especially when I have encountered truly difficult situations with mold and a hole in the water pipe line. They go above and beyond to ensure the problem is resolved!
The plumber himself was a great guy. Very personable, very informative and was a true professional. He fixed my issue within minutes. The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because they were 2 hours late. I understand some jobs take longer than expected and things get log jammed but the reps in the office continuously told us he was only minutes away. It’s ok if someone is going to be 2 hours behind, just tell us that instead of saying he’s only 5 minutes away.

I had a garbage disposal that needed to be replaced and called this morning hoping to get on the schedule this week. Soon I got a text with the technicians photo and confirmation time which I really liked. In less than 2 hrs Robert showed up. He educated me about disposals and other plumbing questions I had. I called at midnight on a Friday and the dispatcher confirmed an appointment window for 8-11AM that same morning. Shaun was great - he arrived early in the time window and got to the job quickly. There was an issue with a specialized part that broke during installation, and he followed through with great communication until the job was totally completed. I’m not knowledgeable about plumbing, but as far as I can tell, the quality of the work looks good. The cost was not cheap, but I am pleased with the service and the quality of work. Make sure to look for coupons on their website.

Not only were they available to come out and quote the job (which was in alignment with the multiple other quotes I received) the day I called, they came out 1 day later to actually complete the project (sewer tap). Jason Benson with Mr. Rooter came over on Sunday, June 23, 2019. He replaced both valves for our washing machine, and also replaced the pressure tank. He was very professional and thorough, and made sure we knew exactly what he was doing. I would recommend him to anyone who needs any type of plumbing work done.
My online appointment request was lost. Luckily I called to verify and was able to setup an appointment. I was told the tech would be there in 1.5, it was more like 2.25 hours...but it was last minute so I understood. However, I was charged $233 dollars and the problem wasn't fully fixed. I appreciate that the faucet isn't leaking but there still isn't any water pressure. We were told the faucet was junk and that's why it couldn't be fixed (its not even a year old). But if you couldn't fix it why charge us? We were also told of a problem with our plumbing (expansion tank) that wasn't part of visit. The tech said just looking he could see it wasn't working. We contacted two other plumbers and they said there is no way to tell just by looking that it isn't working. You have to take it apart. Seems the tech wanted us to panic and request it be fixed, and get an extra charge on the bill.
My plumber John was amazing. He took his time to fix the problem in my home as if it was his home. I know my husband and I couldn't have done the work. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and patient; answered all my questions. Great company great service.

I had an issue trying to get a new refrigerator installed. The installers were afraid to disconnect the copper water hose from the old refrigerator because they didn't want to risk flooding my home. The installers left at 10:30am. I called Mr. Rooter approximately 10:50am. To my surprise the young lady was able to get me an appointment same day and almost immediately! Robert came and saved my day. Within less than three hours I called, Robert arrived and just left. Everyone I came in contact with today from Mr. Rooter was kind, caring and professional. I think I have found my "go to" plumbing company. Thanks Mr. Rooter.

Initially, I gave this company a really poor review after being stood up 3 times before someone ever showed up. It was not a good 1st impression and I was highly disappointed. However, when I say that they TOTALLY made up for it after, that is not a lie. They provided a substantial discount for the hassle and did such an amazing job on the issue I was having. They were fast, extremely friendly, and knowledgeable. I'd absolutely give them another chance on my next project.
Great work and very nice people but extremely overpriced. Needed to change a shower valve cartridge which runs about $50 at home improvement stores (Moen will provide the part for free, too) but ended up paying $440 for the part and labor which probably took less than an hour. Looking at different websites after the fact, it probably should have cost me around $200. No complaints on service or quality of work at all, the tech was awesome, but the company’s pricing for this type of job means I probably won’t be calling them again. Shop around because it shouldn’t have cost this much; I went through with it because I didn’t want to deal with gathering a bunch of estimates.

I called Mr Rooter Plumbing because I had a leak in my basement from my upstairs bathroom. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was nice and very professional. My plumber was John D. He arrived on time and texted me a picture of himself before he arrived with his professional and back ground info.Once he located the problem he showed me his finding and explained in detail what was needed. Parts needed to be ordered and he returned on Friday to do the work. He did a wonderful job, explaining everything. The job took 8 hrs and was very expensive. I will call them in the future when I need a plumber and ask for John D.
Jeremy was honest and helpful when he came to assess the problem. He informed us of exactly what was wrong with the plumbing that a previous plumber completed, and he stayed until he was able to fix each problem. His dedication was much appreciated. I will definitely hire Mr. Rooter for all future plumbing issues and I will ask for Jeremy.

Called on Sunday to set up an emergency appointment at my business today. They scheduled the arrival time between 8-11 am since my business opens at 1:30pm. At 8am they called to alert me that the plumber would be here at 9. At 10am I call to ask what's going on, they alert me that they can't reach the plumber and would get back to me. At 10:45 I call back and he apparently had a flat tire. Okay why did I have to call to get that information though? It's now 11:30 my business will open in 2 hours and I can't open with my plumbing in it's current state. I highly doubt they're going to arrive and get this fixed in two hours but if they do I'll update my rating. As it stands, this is unacceptable.

John was great and got the water heater up and running in my condo on a Sunday morning. He came promptly at the time the dispatcher explained. John was great at explaining the issue, what needed to be done to fix it and the final cost. He went through everything with me once it was completed and left me feeling confident in his work. My hot water heater went out on a Saturday prior to New Years Eve. It took my home warranty company until Wednesday to send a plumbing company out, only to have them tell me that it would possibly be 2 more weeks before I would have hot water in my home again due to them having to special order a new power vent model. I made one call to Mr. Rooter that evening and the next day the plumber Jim arrived (early) and without hesitation was able to assure that I would have hot water within the next 24 hrs. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and personable. Jim walked me through each step of the process while also in great detail provided me with more insight regarding my hot water heater. Jim was a pleasure to work with and helped bring this nightmare of dealing with no hot water in my home for 7 days to a swift end. I wished I'd known to have called Mr. Rooter first and I would've gone into the new year without having to shower at the gym. Next time I'll know! Thanks much guys for everything! Very over priced. I had service done and later found that I could have had a new toilet and installed for the price they charged to replace a wax ring on an existing toilet. Also, SPAMMED my email for weeks after the repair!
Our hot water heater went out in the evening, called Mr. Rooter and they got us in the next morning. Kenny S did an amazing job. He replaced pipes and noticed an opening in one of the extensions that could of possibly be leaking gas and fixed it! Not only did Kenny do an excellent job of replacing our hot water heater and pipes but he possibly saved us from getting sick from a gas leak. Very prompt and efficient service! Had a water heater leak that was starting to flood the house. They answered the phone at 1 am and were ready to send a tech immediately. I was able to find the main water valve and shut it off and postpone until the morning but Kenny was at my house by 8:30am and had all the necessary parts to complete the repair. After seeing the worst, the cost was not as high as I anticipated as Kenny isolated the problem and made the repair. Highly recommend!!
There are no words to describe how pleased I was with the person that came to my house. He was professional, knowledgeable and explained all of the problems and what he needed to do to fix. He gave us a price and that was the price. No add on's or other fees. Highly recommend this company.
