Set up an appointment 2 hours ahead of time and arrived home to discover that nobody was dispatched and they could not send someone for another 3 hours. Horrible communication, owner is great but his technicians dropped the ball.

Recently purchased my home and decided to rekey my locks versus changing them completely or opting for smart technology.
Pros -- fast and friendly. I had a turnaround in less than two hours. About 30 mins to get here and 30 to finish the job.
Cons -- Make sure you're detailed with the number of locks, type of locks and are fully aware of your options. I have four locks -- a deadbolt and handle lock on two doors. The total price ended up being nearly $400, including the $30 visit fee. So, you're already invested about time they arrive..

Fast, friendly service with a by-appointment physical location which is convenient from downtown and the NE corridor. I had 1 working car key remote and 1 "broken" one that stopped working the day before. I had changed the battery and even swapped it between the two key fobs but the "broken" wouldn't work for me. I called and scheduled an appointment to replace it after work. The technician was very friendly and fair. He said, before you pay the $$$ ($400 from dealership) for the new one, let's make sure it is really broken. He tested, disassembled, cleaned, put a new battery and...by some miracle it worked for him. I felt silly and confused; I swear I tried a new battery and even tried the working battery in the "broken" fob with no luck. Fortunately the tech was very understanding and sent me along with the cost of a battery..

My front door lock was jammed and none of my keys would work. Called these folks and their technician Doug was at my home in about 15 minutes. He had my lock working perfectly in no time and the price was very reasonable. I was very pleased and would use them again. Great service. Great response time. Great price. A winning combination!

My son got locked out of his truck and we had to search to find a good locksmith. We were fortunate enough to call and get connected to Doug. Doug was at my house literally 20 minutes after I called. My house was on the market and my French door lock malfunctioned. I was frantic and had a showing in an hour! When I called they quoted me one price over the phone but when they showed up, they charged me a lot more. That is not ok. I trusted them because they were google verified but taking advantage of someone when there's nothing they can do about it is not cool. Hopefully I wont need these services again, but if I do I will not use QuickPro Locksmith.

Great experience for first time user with my 2005 Mercedes. My one and only original key broke which made the car inoperable. Came same day and ended up with 2 keys for the price of 1 from Mercedes dealer without the 3-5 day wait. Very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable technician. This service call with Doug is the embodiment of exemplary customer service! First - since I called late afternoon, I was expecting to have to schedule a next day appointment (if lucky), but I got a call back within a few minutes, and Doug was on the way to my home. He quickly surveyed my requests, which were 1. enlarging the hole on my door to accommodate a new lock that my husband was going to install, 2. re-key a side door to match all the other locks on our house, and 3. re-key and make new keys for my 2 garage doors. The quote was extremely reasonable, so we had Doug begin work. He ran into a bit of an issue with my garage doors, and had to make a trip to his shop, but got back and continued working. While Doug was working, I thought of a few other door hardware/frame issues I was having (that had been annoying me for years), and Doug fixed those for me as well, for only a tiny additional amount. On top of that, not only did Doug enlarge the hole on the door to accommodate the new lock that my husband was going to install.....he went ahead and installed the new lock! To put the cherry on top of an exceptionally well-done job, Doug was so personable and friendly - I felt like we'd known each other for years! If every customer/supplier interaction could be like this, the world would be a much happier place.....

Great experience! I only had one key for my Mercedes and there are no locksmiths in Chattanooga who could make keys for me, so I called up and arranged an appointment with the tech to meet me in Atlanta on a Saturday. He met me on time, he was very nice and professional, and did a great job with my keys. It was a fair amount of work for him to do, and I am very happy with the money spent. Now I have backup keys, and I can rest easy knowing that if something happens and I lose or damage my primary key, I don't have a 2-ton paperweight. Thanks for the great work and manner! My QuickPro locksmith was great! I had to change the locks on some doors, and they were able to come the same day. The locksmith I worked with was very nice and professional and did a great job changing my locks. As I was paying him, I got locked out of my building! He was kind enough to help me get back in at no charge! I recommend this locksmith to anyone!

Hat’s off to QuickPro Locksmith!!!! Outstanding reliable service, both in the field and on the phone line with their customer service. I live approximately 50 to 60 miles south of their office. I called to have a key cut for my son’s 2005 Honda Accord. The key was lost and a representative from quick came out to our home, cut, and programmed a key. We shopped around first and found that their prices were comparable to other locksmiths.
There are no hidden cost, the price I was quoted is what I paid.

The service was amazing, and Doug did a great job. I left my keys in my car and Doug had my door open in 1 minute after he got there. In all, it was 85 dollars, 55 for the locksmith and 30 for the service call. I gave this place 4 stars because I wish I could have gotten a better estimate than just saying 55 dollars base with whatever else needed.

I had to get spare keys made for a Toyota Prius (with push-start ignition) and after researching pricing between local and top-rates locksmiths I chose to go with QuickPro. Incidentally, they were listed first on my Google search.....
....and here’s why:
They were the first to provide me with a price quote and answer the phone call. They also were the best priced of all locksmiths (by at least $200!) Upon arrival I was given the office to conduct work I had to do while waiting for the keys to be cut AND programmed. That was very helpful and my wait time was under a half hour.
I highly recommend this service and will gladly return for any future key requests.
The name says it all ! QUICK PRO . My daughter locked her keys in her car at a gas station. I Called QuickPro and they were there FAST and took care of her. Even called me back to get my CC number so I could pay for it. Couldn't be happier ( unless perhaps my sweet daughter had not locked her keys in her car - hahaha) Stuff happens...glad QuickPro was there!
